Mr. Everett provides over eleven years of professional civil engineering experience combined with an additional ten years of land acquisition and development experience within the states of Texas, California, Arizona, and Florida. During this timeframe, Mr. Everett has been involved in the design and implementation of over 40 luxury multi-family communities totaling in excess of 10,000 residential units, numerous retail, commercial, and master planned single-family communities, as well as public transportation and infrastructure projects. Mr. Everett holds and engineering degree form the University of Texas and is licensed in the State of Florida as a Real Estate Sales Associate and a Stormwater Inspector.
