MSM Land Investments (d.b.a. Maltese Developments) is a real estate development company that utilizes both the market knowledge and experience of its partners in the land development and construction industries to identify tracts of raw land located in high potential growth areas of South Florida.

The company leverages its resources with private investments to purchase the land and then increases the value fo the land by undertaking site clearing activities, securing government permits and entitlements rendering the land construction-ready for re-sale or development.  In addition, the company manages infrastructural development and/or vertical construction of select development projects.
