Jerry Mansour Jr. was born in Flint, Michigan in 1965 and began working in the family business at the age of twelve. After graduating from the University of Michigan-Ann Arbor in 1987, he started full time employment with Mansour Developments, Inc.

Jerry Jr. has been involved with every aspect of the development process in the last sixteen years. He conceived, financed, constructed and sold various projects for Mansour Developments, Inc. and has been involved with one or more of those aspects in every Mansour Developments project.

Projects that Jerry Jr. has been involved with include a luxury residential community, land acquisitions where entitlements were obtained and the parcel subsequently sold two hotels, several office buildings, etc.

Besides running day-to-day operations at Mansour Developments, Inc. Jerry Jr. presently is involved with a 250 unit housing community, a 400-unit manufactured housing community and an office condominium campus.

 

Additionally, he is guiding a telecom startup through its early phases of fundraising and building customer relationships. Jerry's extensive development and general business career will be an asset to ongoing operations in the proposed partnership.
