Garland Campbell 
Controller

Garland Campbell joined Maltese Developments over a year ago as controller.  He is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.  He worked for a number of years in public accounting as an audit manager for several regional CPA firms and in this capacity supervised audits of companies in the real estate and construction industries.  Prior to joining Maltese Developments he was controller of DHFM Communications, LLC, a start-up company in the telecommunications industry. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant and a member if the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
